Maxis Normal with Hard Parts
These are not clothing skins, nor are these default nude mesh replacements, nor yet are they Maxis genetic skintone replacements. These will be found in the custom content section of the first section of your Create-a-family (CAF) or Create-a-student (CAS) in game.
The erect penis will only be visible in such times as a real-life nude state might exist for your Sim (i.e., in the shower, bath tub, or hot tub). In regard to the proportion of a teen being 94% of an adult/elder, the teen penis is 90% of the size of the adult/elder penis.

Joe says: I enjoy having all the different beefcake in my neighborhoods (smooches to Yakov and Marvine). Every now and then, I throw in a Maxis type for contrast (plus I gotta have somebody to wear Ana's great creations). Mark started out as a teen in Body Shop and was actually adopted in-game. When he hit adulthood, he looked so handsome I went back to BS and aged him there. Now he's here for y'all.

This mesh started life as a Maxis teen mesh, but after extensive surgery it became an adult mesh. It is presented here in 3 recolours and is perfect for any sim seeking comfort on an easy day off from work.
This mesh and its recolours are bump-mapped. The clothing is categorised for both adult and young adults.
